Smile Hello, Horse Forum!

How rude of me, to have not introduced myself, before posting In the forums. I do apologize.

I'm tabasco. Why did I choose this as my user name? Because tabasco goes on almost everything I eat. Ha.

I enjoy horses, as they are my passion in life. I joined this forum to Learn more about what I Love, and to help others.

I grew up "horse crazy" and never really had the chance to own a horse of my own, but I have had the opportunity to ride many different horses, with many different personalities, and of many different breeds, and I am thankful of that. Had I gotten a horse when I was younger, I wouldn't have had the opportunities That I have been given, in the horse world today. I have tried out many different disciplines, and quite enjoyed them all, but am still learning many new things about them, so if I say something that isn't right, please do feel free to give me any constructive criticism. I need that in my life.

I'd rather be corrected, than be doing something wrong, and potentially dangerous.

I appreciate your time reading my introduction.

Welcome Tabasco.

I once went to take a tour of a Tabasco sauce factory, down in Lousiana. We got there too late to take the tour, and could only spend a few minutes in the gift shop. This was alright by me, because the very air inside that building was so replete with pepper vapors and vinegar, that my eyes were burning. I could not tolerate more than about 5 minutes inside.

Lucky! I would be in heaven!!!

We grow our own peppers, and make our own hot sauces. We did actually grow some tabasco peppers last year, but due to the drought we didn't have enough for any home made sauce. :( booo!!

The year before we made 3 ketchup bottles full of habanero hot sauce, and I feel sure, I'm now immune to pepper spray. Lol

Welcome to the forum. I use quite a bit of hot sauce in my cooking-hubby & I like things spicy!
