Hello i'm new around here!

Hi all,
I would just like to introduce myself. I am JesusFreak3, and my family owns 3 horses and 2 miniture horses. I live in the central-south part of North America, and I love sports and being around my 10 year old(about 10)Arabian/Appy mix Rosie. I play soccer, softball, and basketball. I had a bad fall off of Rosie and I haven't ridden since. It was probably about 3-5 months ago(I don't remember exacally since I try to forget it)and I would like to be riding again, but I can't build up the courage. I look forward to learning from all of you, so I can correct my mistakes and I can know how to handle it better next time. My favorite breed of horse would have to be fresians, they are gorgeous! I would say I am a nice person, and I like people to be happy. Well, I can't think of anything else so I guess this is it! Sorry for rambling on so much, I have a bad habbit of doing so.

Rambling is A-ok with me as long as horses are involved

As for confidence, just take it nice and slow.

I got bucked off once and it took me a few months to get back in the saddle as I was petrified. I spent a lot of time on the ground, then I'd hop on friends' horses when they were done working em. It really helped me since the horse knew it was done and therefore didn't give me any trouble.

I slowly climbed on my horse (he wasn't mine at the time.. nor was he the one I fell off of) and we took it nice and slow. He knew I was scared but took good care of me.

Just don't push yourself past your limits for awhile until you build that confidence. And lessons don't hurt either
