Talking Hello from Indiana

Hi. We are new horse owners-we actually bought a horse for our daughter to ride a few years ago, but didn't do our homework and he wasn't the right horse for us. She was pretty upset that we had to sell him but she's been patient and we just bought another. This time with expert help from her riding instructor. Even though we have a 10 acre farm, we don't have the facilities for a horse (we have a cattle operation so all of our pastures and our barn are used for them) so we are boarding at her instructor's place. This is perfect for us, as she can use him for lessons without having to trailer him back and forth. My daughter is 16. We also have two younger kids but neither are particularly interested in riding. I rode leased ponies as a kid.

So anyway I uploaded a picture and his bio in our "horse" section and am looking forward to learning a lot here.

Welcome to the forum! Always nice to see another IN member here. We are down in the Southern part of the state (right on the river).
