Hello from Lucedale, MS

My name is Keith Turner and I just moved to Lucedale and do not actually own a horse yet but we have fallen in love with them. My neighbor who lives behind us owns 5 and has ridden and maintained them his whole life. My wife, kids, and I went to our first team pinning show last night and had a GREAT time. Well, they were actually sorting because they had new calves, but it was awesome and the people were the nicest I think we have ever met! I am from Biloxi originally and that is where we have lived ever since my wife and I met. We have 2 daughters and 1 son. They are amazed and all they can think about is horses, horses, horses. (My wife and I are the same way...lol) Anyway, I just want to learn as much as I can before we actually get too involved. I would eventually in the near future learn to ride again and participate in pinning and whatever else I can find to do with them. To get my kids involved in something healthy is worth it all. I hope to talk with you all on here and if anyone wants guitar lessons, I give those too...lol. Thank you for your time reading this.
Keith

Thank you for the welcome. I am new to horses. Like I said we do not have any yet but we are planning to buy at least two at the beginning of 2008. I am here to learn as much as I can until that time. Again, thank you:)

Yes I sure do. I am originally from Biloxi. Lived about 2 miles from front beach. I know were you are. We are actually pretty close to buying 2 horses. All I have to do is save some money and they will be new additions to our family of 7... Me, wife, 6 kids, three of which are miniature pinschers...
