    Hello, new from WI :)

Hi there, My name is Katie and I'm from Northern Wisconsin, I've stopped in as a guest a few times to just read and just recently decided to make an account here.

I have 2 horses currently, a 21yo QH gelding and a long weanling Welsh/arab filly. I mostly ride western and have shown in WSCA open shows western pleasure, horsemanship, showmanship, etc but most enjoy the speed and cow events, barrels, poles, team penning, etc. I have also dabbled in everything from english pleasure/HUS to driving and used to give carriage and wagon rides as a hobby/job so have some experience there.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and expanding my horse knowledge :)

MySerenity, actually all of our 5-6" of snow melted the last week :( I wish we had more, now some days I think I'd be better of using skates to do chores. I do think we're supposed to get a few inches tomorrow night.

    I love snow!! LOL
