Hello from Prince George BC.

Kind of new to horses, two years ago my daughter decided she would like to have a horse, so being the good dad I am I bought one from a friend for her. My friends are guide outfitters and at the time had around 20 horses, I ended up buying two mares from them, one 7 and the other 8 years old.

After I purchased the horses I bought a new 3 horse gooseneck trailer, had a custom saddle built, bought 2 other western saddles, 2 sets of pack rigging, built a barn, fenced my property, and a pile of assorted tack.

Well its been 2 years now and the horses have not been ridden, they are a real couple of knot heads and in dire need of training. I now know why people sell their horses, it is because they have issues.

Now I have to try and decide what to do, train them, sell them, or spend the extra money and buy a couple of good trained animals.
