    Hello from Washington!

I guess I tell you a little bit about myself, I have been riding for 11 years but I wasn't very serious about it until 5 years ago. Since I started riding, I have done a little bit of everything but I have found what I love the most, which is barrel racing. I still show western pleasure and trail occasionally but I am not as in love with it as I used to be.

So I guess, you might want to know a little bit about my horses now. Well, I have 4. I lease a 9 year old APHA gelding named Mister; let me tell you, this horse has taught me so much. In our two short years together he has helped me through the hardest of times, unfortunately I only have him for one more year. Mister is my show horse, his strongest event would have to be walk trot western pleasure because his lope is not the best yet.

My next horse is CR Caseys Shadow, who is a 7 year old off the track American Quarter Horse that I have had since November 2011. Casey is my main barrel horse who has not been hauled consistently but is showing a lot of promise. This horse is by far the nicest I have ever owned and has a very bright future ahead of her.

Lastly are my final two loves. The first Our Verona AKA Fergie and her 1 month old Filly 'Diva'. Fergie is a 6 year old OTTB that I bought in May in terrible condition knowing she was pregnant. However we were told she was not due until October. Well, that was not correct. She foaled on July 16th to a beautiful girl who is as healthy as can be. Fergie looks way better than when we picked her up(didn't even look pregnant) and is gaining her weight great.

Your horses are all really pretty, lucky you! I'm just curious, but what color is your little filly? I can't really tell in the black and white picture.

Thank you! Personally I think she might grey out but here is a picture of her coloring.

*This photo was from a couple weeks ago, they have both gained weight and muscle and don't look so skinny.
