Hi from New Mexico

Hello everyone,

We are a family of full-time RVer's and part-time work campers. We are taking a short break from our previous work camping position to ponder where our next journey will take us.

We love to camp and explore nature. We love animals of all kinds and take a serious hand in animal rescue, whether it be wild or domestic. We love the history of the 'old west' and everything native american.

We are researching horse rescues/sanctuaries, which is where we would love to give of our volunteer time for our next work camping position. Our last position was 2 1/2 yrs. at a animal refuge.

We love our campfires and cooking outdoors, there is nothing better. If you know of a horse rescue that would have a place for us to park our RV with hookups, let me know. We hope to find a place by next summer and hope for a long-term (6 mos. or more) position. We love to help with fundraising, special events, etc. and also, love the one on one care of an abused animal. We love helping them learn that not all humans are monsters, that there are gentle hands and quiet voices.

Take care all and know that you are welcome at our campfire anytime,

Reba and Gene

Hello and WELCOME!!

I love traveling, too and do it whenever I can. I hope you enjoy this forum and, if you have any questions....come to the Talk to the Team forum and ask away.

Allison & Reiterin,

Thanks for the welcome to this forum and site. I hope to gain a lot of knowledge from this site and also make a few friends. I look forward to exploring all that this site has to offer.

We love the work camping lifestyle and have made so many friends throughout our journey. It is a wonderful second family to have and we are so lucky to be doing this.

As we said, you're welcome at our campfire anytime.
