Well I guess I should introduce myself. I have been on here for a week or two and have asked some questions. I live in Saskatchewan and recieved my first horse about two months ago. He is a american Saddlebred show horse, who was given to me from my father in law. He is almost 6, chestnut and 17HH. He was a breach baby, but my f-i-l happened to be there to get him turned around, thus giving him the name Special Delivery.He is still recovering from a fracured coffin but should be 100% in two months, but they don't want to put weights back on him for showing in saddleseat competitions. I really don't know much about horses, aside from physicaly caring for them(feed, vet, water, and common ailments and what to look for if they arise). Training is a whole other story, but I have many horsey friends and have a trainer and coach for when he's ready to go. All I know are dogs as I am a groomer, but having a horse was one of my dreams since I can remember. Im sure you all can relate :).
I do have one question and don't know where to ask this.
How do I find carrots? And are carrots considered points(I have to have 35 in order to enter the saloon)
