Introducing........

Hi everyone,

I'm Jess,

I have been riding for over 14 years
I have been training, breaking, retraining horses and occasionally giving lessons for the last 6 years.

I mostly do showing and showjumping, but I also compete in dressage, eventing, sporting, campdrafting and more recently polocrosse.

I currently have 3 wonderful horses and one old fogey (hehe)

Tangles- my 9 yr 17.2 jumper

Pi- my 5yr 16.2 showing and sporting mare

Rusty- whom I bred and broke, now 3 years old for all disciplines (possibly to give to my 13yrold sister in the future.

I would consider myself very friendly and not very judgemental. I am open to all disciplines (although I really don't understand western pleasure)

So yeah- hi all and add me please :)

Howdy and welcome! Nice to meet you and look forward to getting to know you more.

I'm an Eventer - but I wonder what in the world is campdrafting?

Well MIEventer, campdrafting is like cutting/team penning but run in an open area- you cut the beast out in the 'camp' (aka. Small yard) when its free of the rest you call 'gate' and enter the big arena and push the beast around a figure 8 and thru a gate to finish as fast as you can- but you get score on time and proximity to the beast etc

I don't do that any more, I found my nitch, jumping :)
