Need to give away a horse with anhidrosis to cooler climate

For the cost of transportation, I am willing to give one of my babies away. He is 17.3+ and has anhidrosis, an inability to sweat. The only way he can return to normal is to live in a cooler climate. I am using OneAC shich is supposed to help but it's 98 degrees and humid here and he is miserable.
