    New to the board

    Hello everyone,

Thought I would introduce myself. I currently live in Southern Cali and will happily and excitedly be picking up my new horse tomorrow morning. I used to own a horse back out in KY but when I discovered how much boarding would cost out here in Cali I sadly had to sell him. But now I have a great job that happens to be at a stable that is cheaper board than even in KY and so am able to have a horse again.

    About her:

She is a 7 year old Arabian mare, doesn't know a whole lot yet but will be very fun to teach her.

    About me:

Ride both English and Western but prefer the English rout. Used to be rather serious about showing through the Arab circuit but no longer, and now just like to have fun. And if I do show it is just in small open schooling shows.

Will have photos of my new girl tomorrow when she arrives.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the new girl. It is very fortunate that you were able to find an affordable place to board out there. I am looking forward to seeing some pix of her.
