Hello and welcome to the forum. I was born and raised in Tulsa (about an hour north of OKC) there are TONS of horsey folks in that area.
I think Dreamchaser Arabians is from OK.

good luck with finding a "ride" :)

Howdy and welcome to the forum. I'm about 170 miles northwest of you. That's a bit far to travel just to ride but let me know if you're ever going to be around the Higgins, TX area.

Welcome from Stillwater! We have lots of nice trail riding in this state and quite a bit of it is an easy drive from OKC, you should meet lots of nice folks out there. Check out Bell Cow Lake near Chandler it's gorgeous, Prague Lake is neat too, they have all kinds of trail obstacles set up along side the trails and you can practice on them or not as you choose, and Lake Carl Blackwell is a personal favorite with over 26 miles of varying terrain and trails of all levels. All 3 of those rides are within 1.5 hrs from the OKC area.

Hi! Welcome to The Horse Forum.

Do you have a horse(s) in the OKC area? Tell us a little about you and your horses.

We are down near Sulphur and The Chickasaw National Recreation Area. There is a lot of country to ride down here in the Arbuckle Mountains. It is about 1 hour south of Norman. We also ride around Lake Murray, 30 miles further south. There is a 10,000 acre field trial range and we ride there when they are not holding field trials.

Come ride with us sometime. We will be taking our green horses to these recreation areas all winter to teach them how to be good trail horses. We always enjoy company.
