New from South Carolina!

Hey, guys! Just thought I'd make a thread to introduce myself. I have been around horses for about 4 years, but have only been taking lessons for 6ish months. I currently do not own a horse, but in the past I owned a TB gelding. Money got tight, and I had to rehome him. I took a 8 month break from riding (not by choice...the barn I was at shut down, and I couldn't find another one), but have finally started again! Yesterday was my first ride in 8 months. Anyways, look forward to getting to know y'all! :)

There comes a point in every rider's life when he wonders if it's all worth it. Then one look at the horse, and he realizes - it is.

Welcome to the forum - another member from South Carolina!!

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

It's not always what you say but what they hear.

Welcome and glad to hear you are continuing on with your riding.

Hey! Another person from the south! Are you in the upcountry or the lowcountry? I'm down by the Georgia border.

somewhere behind the rider you've become the hours of practice you've put in & the coaches that have pushed you is the little girl who fell in love with the sport and never looked back. ride for her.
