Hi all! I am new to the forum and new with horses as well. I bought my 1st horse when he was about a year old. He is 3 now. He is as green as me
. His name is Skyler. In Dec. I ended up with a female about as old as he is. She is a rescue case. She was on the thin side whe she came to live with us. She has a older injury on her left front leg. Farrier says that it is from a cut Flexer tendon. She will most likely be a friend and pet. At the most with proper training maybe children will be able to ride her. Prehaps even pulling a lightweight cart. She walks and runs without a limp as long as her hooves are done.
