    Saying Hi for NC!

    Good Day All,
Just joined this forum today and can't wait to meet new horsecrazy friends!
A bit about myself: My name is Natalie and I have been born and raised in the Tarheel State (Chapel Hill, NC). I have three sisters, oldest is teaching ESL is South Korea, second oldest is a lawyer in VA/DC boarder and my youngest is a junior in high school.

My horse life: I have been around horses since I was six and started taking English riding lessons when I was eight and got my first horse and pony (my sister) for my 12th birthday. Have two QH, one gelding, one mare, and a Welsh pony mare. I have been riding for 12 years and I have been volunteering at NCTRC for about ten years and last July (2013) I was certified as a PATH Instructor. I have recently switched over to to Saddle Seat lessons and I am loving it!

    Happy Trails!

    Hey Ashely,
That is so cool! I actually went to Alamance Community College right near Elon. If you have transportation for your horse, you could would be welcome to come here as I have quite a few trails on my family's farm!

I have an very older (30 something) Gelding QH just a comapanion and his name is Rusty, or Rascal Rusty as I like to call him! Then a Welsh pony mare 11.1hh who came with Rusty and her name is Shadow and she's actually my younger sister's pony, but we can't ride her to much because of her size. And then there is my other QH mare, Daisy who I ride English and she can jump too. And unfortunately, I don't have any transportation either, but hoping to get a truck, as soon as I can afford one!
