    Senior rider just having fun.

I just joined the forum today....Have had my 19yr. Old Peruvian gelding for about a month and we are adjusting to each other....Thought it might be nice to have somewhere to ask advice (which I have already done)..My choice in breed was by accident, had no previous experience with Peruvian horses...When I was younger I had a fox trotter...With my arthritis, he is a wonderful choice. Small and very smooth riding....I appreciate the forums as a learning tool...
    I reside in Arkansas...
P.s. I have no idea what a "tag" or a "trackback" is....

One of my all time favorite horse s was a QH Peruvian cross mare named China. Athletic, willing, kind... She was awesome! Enjoy your gelding!
