What does this mean???

I've been seeing more and more peoples signatures with the words...Neuticle and Boobicle and I'm sure there's other "icle" words but I've noticed those two the most. What does it mean? Lol I like the "boobicle" word, it's funny!!

This is the easiest way to explain it without going into anything that would cause any type of uproar... Neuticles.com

Justs read it. I don't think it's that bad. I mean, it's weird but hey, it's 2010 what else can we expect ya know? Lol I don't want to start a controversial situation here so I think I'm going to view other threads. Thanks for showing me the article, I was really wondering what that word meant.

There was a thread about a 1-2 weeks ago about someone's horse they were leasing being gelded without their knowledge. Boobicle and Neuticle are what came of that conversation ;)
