I am going to dis-countinue my pervious journal because I believe this one will be more important. I have been trying various weight loss plans and ideas but I have been VERY bad and usually give up after a week or two. BUT, I am hoping that keeping a journal of what I eat and with some support of the fab members on here I will lose weight. Because I have to face the facts. Yes, judges around here are using me and yeah I've won a lot of heigh points BUT.. I want to go back to jumping those 3' oxers and 3'6"+jumps HOWEVER, If I were to ask (I believe any) horses to jump a 3' spead weighing 236lbs (height 5'8") he could possibly get hurt and that is A LOT of work for my poor horse. So that is why I put the journal here, I am losing weight to make life easier for my horse and so that I can go back to Jumping higher heights without the possible injry of my horse (well of course things can go wrong but I don't want my weight to be a factor). I will post progressive pictures and I plan on having a weigh in once a month along with a picture of me in my Showmanship outfit and English attire. I will also be taking various body measurements. I will be doing various cardio workouts, with some walking, swimming, etc etc while cutting out sodas and drinking more water than anything else (and I hate water >.<) I do drink poweraid which I know is no good since it's still got a whole bunch of sugar but I will cut those back as well. I am cutting out breads, cheese, soda, chocolates, eating after 7pm and workingout for about 7ish minutes before I eat AND eating 6 SMALL meals a day so hehe this is an example of my very first post!!
Food of the day:
Breakfast: Split a rice braid muffin with bf. A starbucks Mocha coffee (Yeah, great start with the coffee right?)
Snack: Kashi Fruit Mix Bar, Poweraid
Lunch: Turkey, swiss cheese, and lettuce(SP) sandwhich without the bread, and a poweraid.
Snack: Dutch Bros small coffee (I see already what I need to cut out)
Dinner: (Nothing yet but will post)
Snack: None yet and wont have one if it's after 7pm
GOAL:I would like to drop to at least 200lbs by the end of the year MORE if I am lucky. I also don't want my gut hanging out the bottom of my Hunt Coat anymore :( That's pretty much all right now .
