Weight: 290 lbs
I don't know measurements haha...But I will weight myself monthly instead of weekly because I don't want to be discouraged.
Now I am also going to try to get my mare back in shape as well. She has been out to pasture since May when I weaned her filly from her. Needless to say she has became quite fat. She is supposed to come home tomorrow :) I can't wait.
So I will post my progress and hers :)
Yall have already given me some great idea's and been a lot of help in a previous post which I think has made my diet plans even more easier to think about because of the support :)
Anyway I started a diet today.
Breakfast: 5 grapes, 1/2 of an apple, 16 wheat crackers and a bottle of water.
Lunch: 6 boneless chicken wings from Wendy's (I know bad, but I was out doing errands. And I am a diabetic and my sugar became low)
and small fry's with a cup of sweet tea.
Dinner: Turkey,Chesse and mayo on Wheat bread. With another bottle of water.
Also went on two 30 minute walks today :)
So far doing okay.
