I just noticed this section in the forum, I love to journal and blog, so I figured I'd go for it. I'm a high-school drop out who's been told countless times that I'll never be good at anything. I've had a strong passion and love for horses ever since I was little and I'm not going to let anything get in my way. Currently I own my dream horse, a BLM Mustang named Prince. He's currently lame, but once he reaches a full recovery he'll be sent away for 120 days training with a reputable trainer and started under saddle as an all around horse. I've also got a future sport horse in training, my 13 year old Anglo Arabian mare that I started earlier this year. She's got a very long way to go, but we'll get there with time and patience. For a living I help manage our small family farm. I board horses and give lessons to young children and beginner riders. I'm a huge fan of art, I'm not quite good at it but I do occasionally like drawing portraits of my equine friends. I'm looking forward to meeting new people here and I hope you all enjoy some of the things that I have to post.
