Realy bad leg pain! Owww

Ok well this is kinda just a quick one. But today we had to go rising trot with no stirrups and we did it for about 5-10 minutes. My instructor said her trainer made her do rising trot with no stirrups for 30 minutes!

Same each lesson my trainer makes me do 10 minutes of no stirrup work and it hurts my legs. But I guess that's why she does it, to strengthen my leg muscles.I can't image doing it for 30 minutes wowy
