Thanks for the like. But I see the OP wasn't so keen on my reply! I wasn't even being snipey either. Just answering her question.

I feel like starting an Internet argument or at least aggravate some people so if you see some crazy thread, it'd probably me being an idiot again. By the way I think men barrel racing is very gay too. I'm just being diplomatic on here so I can keep it going and mess with people. Heehee.

I'm not that curious. You should just get a facebook under an alias like Cow Chick. Then you can still do some trading and such without the drama.

I got pissed off with FB and deleted my I can't get on there

That was what I heard and that was about a month or so ago. I don't even know who to get a hold of. I will ask my hubby to ask the next time he talks to his friend. I suppose if all else fails there should be phone number for the HQ in the phonebook?

It can take a lot of acres per cow or sheep but they do live there and do quite well. Some of the land is only good for winter or spring grazing because of the lack of water in the summer months. It takes some work and tough stock but almost everywhere in Utah is grazed to some degree at some point in the year.

    Hi Kevin,

This is a Brit asking you about Utah, hope you do not mind!

A while back I drove from Idaho through Utah to Col, and was amazed at the harshness of the high dessert. I noticed that most was wired fenced so assume that cattle did graze there, though nothing much seemed to be growing (July time and a heat wave!)

I loved the bleakness and the harsh beauty of the state and fully understand that it is not all like that but, does livestock survive on such bleak land?

I don't know. Maybe it worked so good the first time she thought she might try it again.
