I honestly think that you're NEVER going to change anyone's mind about it and that you should just leave it be. It's NOT worth it to talk about it here anyway...as you've seen the same scab is torn off the same wound each time and it never heals. I look at it this way, it's like someone saying they have a dog and love it, yet saying dog meat is good and they'll damn well eat dog if they please...my honest opinion on it all. It's closeminded to say a horse is considered "livestock" and nothing but in my honest opinion. You're just wasting your breath...they're just like wolves with a scrap of meat and keep lunging/chewing at it. They get pleasure out of those types of threads because they can spew their acid on the person who believes different. Remember, satan needs to work through people to get to people.

That's cool. Man, I can't believe how some are so gun-ho about slaughtering horses. They carried us through the wars and historic events and this is how people repay them. They are diff. than chickens, pigs, cows, etc. They are companions. People use them as therapy to heal people for crying out loud. So sad. Euthanizing them if they cannot lead a productive life is the best way to give them their dignity and that is Animal Control's part. Also, there should be a big compaign to regulate and have standards for breeding, PERIOD. They do that in Germany and are VERY strict...and look what kind of horses come from there. If America was that way, we wouldn't have so many unwanted horses :(

Well that's neat. If you ever get a chance, you should try dressage....o the new things you pick up...it's amazing and it is good for everything...western, etc :)
