Ugh. I think you are in for a long recovery but a recovery nonetheless. What does the doctor think? At least you are out there riding which is perfect therapy! I will keep sending you healing thoughts - hang in there!

I'm doing better have massage and giro appoints twice a week, still having numbness in my right leg and arm I feel better then I was feeling! Sitting I what does me in, my hips cramp and my leg goes numb very fast. I rode for the first time last weekend and I didn't go numb. My fingers where tingly and my toes but that was it ;)

Awe, thank you for the compliment! And, even though I'm a little bias, she really is a good little rider. Every now and then I will watch her riding in the arena and I can barely believe that she is only 10 years old because she us a very mature rider (usually!). We have a great trainer too and that helps. She actually lives less than 1/2 mile from the barn and we often have spur of the moment lessons. Anyway, we may still see you at that show and you're right - if not that one there will be more! I also like the idea of meeting up with you and Caroline (Tinyliny) for a trail ride at Bridle Trails! Anna (my daughter) would really, really love it!

Your adughter sounds likea good little rider, JEALOUS! I wish I could make it out that much to ride, but full time college student and two soon three part time jobs to support my horse is alot LOL Hopefully we will see each other there, if not there will be plenty of other shows! Tell her good luck for me! You should post pictures of them more often!

Well, my daughter doesn't show jumpers yet but who knows, we may come and watch. She has mentioned that she'd like to enter the LWSC performance show on May 6th so we'll just have to see how it goes. She will be at the 4-H show in Monroe the weekend before so we will just have to see how tired we all are! She has been riding 3-5 times a week (weather permitting) and her horse has been going really nicely so she is very excited about show season. She likes dressage much more than performance shows but she'll do both. And yes, it would be fun to meet! Are you only doing jumpers or will you be doing other showing as well?

Very cool! We won't be shoeing till April or may! No rush! Good to hear that lily gets body work,ni do that with Oliver!

I think that sounds like a great idea! I am learning how to tow the horse trailer so hopefully we can get together this spring! When and where are you moving your horse?

We probably won't be at any shows in March. Lily, our horse has been receiving some massages to work out some old issues that cause her to short stride. We're focusing on getting her as even as we can, but are up for trail riding anytime!
