    Thats not too shaby.
    My dads your typical farmer so he isnt a big fan of my horses. We also raise show cattle. My dad helps my brother, sister and I do hay.

    I think we could grow it but, nit as much rain and more work than my dad, older sister, and I could handle at the moment. I asked my dad and he says we get bails for $4.50.

    Around us its $3.50-4.50 but I have heard some prices for places around the U.S. such as $8.50-10. Wow that's great that you have a good business relationship with them. We make our own so I am lucky there :P

    I'm not sure. I know that it's up higher than usual. It varies though depending on how the cuts are. And since we've been buying from our buyer for over 20 years. Longer than I've been alive we get a discount.

    Yeah I would imagine so! Its been so hot and dry here too. We just recently started getting some rain. How much is hay going for by you? We just shipped a load down to South Carolina for a guy.

    Very cool. I live on a ranch in Texas and have 2 horses of my own. Bullet a 9 year old Stallion of Qh breed. And Bandit my 11 month old qh

    Yes sir! I just sold my 3 year old palomino paint I broke. So now I just have my reining mare. I am looking at getting a little 4 year old quarter horse as a project but not 100% sure on that yet
