Short sales take forever.
Its a very horse friendly community. There are 2 arenas close and with all the parks, tons of trails. Both the Queen Creek and Scottsdales facilities aren't that far if you've got a trailer & they are really nice.
Summers are really a bear, but you'll get used to it.

We've found one house that's caught our eye. It has no offers yet and we're excited. Sadly, it's one of them darn short sales. Now I get why all the amazing houses are short sales!
