That's a very fine Arab slip in your link - It would have to be scaled up significantly to suit a Percheron x Freisian head. I can't tell a lot from the photo how that's made, but if you look at this, this bridle was made with white leather 'laced' into the black. I could certainly make a simple headslip in the same style. Another comment would be that I would not consider Chicago screws particularly safe on a horse the size and build as yours. I would far prefer to use buckles to the bit, as on the bridle in my link.
