I have lived down here since I was 15, I am now 31... I am originally from chicago tho. I have three kids and now that all my kids are in school, I am too! I go to shawnee comm. college tho..but SIU is only about 30 min. from me. I am studying ECE(early childhood education) Have one more year to go til I get my degree! Yes, I had thought of getting my next horse from crosswinds,we will see, that is still about a year away or so tho...have a great day!

I just read your post where you mention "Crosswinds." I got my QH from them--THEY called him, "Pepper," but I renamed him, "Buster Brown," after the comfortable loafers we used to wear. They are 30 minutes east of my place--I live in Longview. Are you a Southern Illinois student, or do you live/work in the south of the state? Just curious. My youngest DD is in her 1st year of Law School at SIU. Thanks!
