Trail riding is a great outlet for a show/arena horse. It is like humans having a job and taking a "break" from the grind. If you never get a break, you get burned out. I think it is a great balance....

I ride an old Bramma bought it 15 yrs ago for $100 I must have a least 6 to 7000 miles in it. it is not pretty but it fits my butt....and thats all that counts at the end of a 30 mile day.
