I only joined yesterday so I am still learning the system. It's usually pretty simple though ... htere's a quick reply box at the bottom of threads, or you can click somewhere at the top that says "Reply to thread" or something similar. To post a new thread there should be a button in the forum you want that says "Post new thread" or similar.
