We rescued our fjords from a lady 4 hours away from us. I think they might be crosses as they look darker than they should be, but their conformation is within the norms for the breed. I just love them! My husband is making me a wagon for them to pull. The older one already knows how to drive and she rides like a dream. They have the temperament of draft horses only in a smaller package. Not spooky at all, very calm, affectionate, and awesome work ethics most of the time but can be a bit lazy at times. Good luck in your search! Fantastic breed. I'd have two more for a four hitch if I had the room for more horses. LOL
