Misty is doing great. Im sorry she's not with you at your perfect barn. where she's at she's got a mare that is due soon and she has a lot of others she has rescued and takes great care of her animals. Your not the only place that knows stuff about horses. your being childish thinking my horse is going to die.

Aw thanks! I might just check out that other forum, although this forum is detrimental enough to my college career that adding another might just tip me over the edge!

I love OTTB's, just wish I could take them all in. I probably would do exactly that if time and resources would permit!

Hey there! Good to see that you are hanging around on the forum, we can always use a few 'voices of reason' on here! Yes, I was thinking the same thing. I worry about the way people define having a so-called bond with horses - we are humans and they are horses. Of course we love them but we love them as a horse, not as another human! I always try and post on the OTTB threads as I have trained more than I can remember and they are all surprisingly similar.

Also concerning is the advice that people receive from their trainers, it can be very interesting and scary to read at times!

Oh and I love the sheep too, so cute!
