hi there.was reading your thread and decided to check your profile out. was a great question. just remember.horses are herd animals. they naturally stay in a herd. you can have a horse not freak out when one goes away from you.. but its hard. the norm is to freak. ride your horse alot by itself. helps. mares are better at it then guildings and the ones that are advertised that way. are normally not around horses that they know or live with. part of there herd. all mine will go away from other horses. but you know they are missing them. head up.wanting to head the direction that the other horse went. lots of noice. whinning nickering at times. the more you do it the better they get. great topic..ride safe.
