Yeah, we were there when the tornadoes hit. We are SO fortunate that the really bad one stayed about 15 minutes away, but it was so awful that the center of our town was demolished. There were other tornadoes earlier that morning and it knocked some of our trees down, but thankfully that was it. It was a scary, scary day!

Cool, I've been to Tuscaloosa many times over the years. It's such a great place. Me and my family went on October 2011 and the storm damage was so awful and sad. I also should've mentioned that two of the tornadoes missed my small community by a quarter of a mile and the other even less than that. So I find myself very lucky to be alive still.

I'm from Tuscaloosa, but I moved to Montgomery last year! :)
