I think that may be exactly what happened LOL, I rarely hose off his hooves so once it grew down enough to be where the boots where the dirt was rubbed off showing them better

If you aren't in a hurry and aren't set on the t8, sometimes you can get the t4's from dover for 400-500, thats what I just did, just keep an eye out at thefind.com
