I had just got back to riding after thyroid surgery. I tend to hold my breath when I am trying to concentrate. He went into a canter and I got off balance freaked out and basically passed out before I even fell off the horse. A whole bunch of things were going wrong that day..ugh.. But I survived to ride again!!

When you say catagory what do you mean? Like English?
