Nooo definitely not, or they would be with me haha :) no friesians to kill buyers! But ya, they have a catalog were sires and dams were listed under each horse if they were registered. I remember Keegan because I always the friesians marked.

Oh, that's good! I was thinking "cripes, I hope not to a kill buyer!" The only auction I've ever been to is where people go to dump horses and meat buyers go to fill their trailers. How did you know they were sired by Kee? Did it say in the auction or something? I think iti's fascinating.

Oh no dont get me wrong, this isnt your average auction. Mt. Hope sale is a VERY lovely sale. It is an amish auction and horse go for sometimes up to 50k I have seen friesian studs, gypsy vanners, and many other exotic breeds go through. All his offspring went for very good money and I suppose great homes. They most certainly went higher than what I could afford lol!

I had no idea any of Kee's offspring was going to auctions. I hope they went to good homes?

Hmm, I would have to get out the sale book. We went to Mt. Hope auction over in Ohio and there was a stud colt and a filly there. Let me see if I can dig out the book in a few :) All I know is, I wanted them badly haha!
