Well hello neighbor!!!
I board at a great little place in Granit Falls. It is not a pretty place, but the horses are safe and well cared for. The stalls are 12x12 or 12x14 somewhere in there. Every horse goes out every day - barring extenuating circumstances ie waiting for farrier. The paddocks are muddy, but not DEEP in mud, only a few inches.
The stable owner puts blankets on and off depending on weather as well as fly masks. There is ZERO drama. Most of the people are just trail riders, but the stable owner dabbles in dressage.
There is a hot wash rack, nice huge new tack room, indoor arena, and trailer parking. Down the road about a mile is access to a couple throusand acres of trail riding. It is just a really great place to keep a horse.
I know that two stalls just opened up - as finances forced me to put mine out in 24/7 turn out with a shelter. Here is her contact info....
