I think a large part may have to do with your experience/situation. More and more people board horse so that has drove up the cost greatly for keeping a horse along with inflation in land, feed, etc....

I see. You will either need a saddle with a high gullet or a narrower tree then not a higher cantle which is the back of your saddle. Hope you find one that works.
