I really don't see all that much of a difference, he needs quite a bit more weight, but post another one in a couple months with better pictures and I'll give you a better critique.

I think he's adorable, but he has horrid jumping technique. He would benefit greatly from lowering the jumps some and doing some good ole' grid work. With his technique and the height of the jumps...
