Friesian breeders cross Friesians to get a "baroque" look mixed with something freaky (ASB) to refine or (TWH) gait a Friesian. Which is nuts to me, but I don't consider Friesians to be baroque...

Back when Arabians, Barbs, Akhal-Teke's first existed, no one can be sure which came first. There was no breed then. There was regional type. And they may have all come from one totally different...
