    Living Conditions do play a part too. It can take years to condition a horse to go barefoot.

    Just to clarify, Yes you do trim the sole during a trim, with a hoof knife. Your vet is an absolute dumba$$. Period. I agree completely with Annanoel on that point. Posted via Mobile Device
