Yep; that picture's just fine! I like it. It actually is one of my own horse; I drew about a year and a half ago, I think. Glad you like it.

Yes, they do taste better; they're not as tough. And I'm crossing my fingers, too. I need all the luck I can get.

I didn't get a deer...yet. But my dad did; he got a good sized doe. I still have this evening left though, so I'm not givin' up! I just hope some deer will come out into the field. It's still been a pretty good day. :)

Hahaha! That's funny. I didn't even think you might not know. An avatar is a small picture beside all of your posts or messages. If you look beside mine you see a drawing of a horse. See? Hehe. To get one you go to your User CP, scroll down to *Edit Avatar*, and then upload a picture from your computer.

Yep, there is a chat room. If you near the top of the screen there is a row of stuff, like User CP, Horses, Carrot Kitchen, And then Horse Chat. Click on horse chat and there you are!

Wow. That is COLD. For the longest time we've had 60 and 70 degree weather, but tonight it is finally going to go down to 30 degrees. Maybe that will make the deer move around though. I'm deer hunting at my grandparents house this weekend. So far we haven't seen one single deer. :(

Looking forward to hearing from you, too!

Your old mare sounds pretty amazing! She was lucky to have you for an owner. And you, her.

I've heard of polo but I didn't know there was such a thing as cowboy polo. Sounds like it's challenging and a blast.

Hey! I am on now, and so are you. Chat room?

I don't really have a set time I come on, but it's usually in the evening anywhere from 6:00 to 10:00. Sometimes I'll get on in the early morning though. See ya around.

Btw, you should get yourself an avatar!

Wow. That is so cool! I bet it was a lot less exhausting and more fun for the clients, too. And you. It sounds like a blast...

I would love to hear about your mare. That is so sad that you had to put her down, but it was a kind thing to do for her. One of the old horses at my barn recently died, too. Kept wanting to lie down because he was in pain, and couldn't get up by himself. :( Sad.

Alright--I'll fill you in! I have my Tennessee Walking Horse mare, obviously, and three Miniature Horses. (If you go to my barn you'll see them). I started having riding lessons three years ago and got Brandy after I had only been riding for about five months. It was pretty hard since she and I were both very green, but it has worked out well, thanks to my trainer. I ride around once or twice a week. It would be a lot more but I have to board her 25 minutes away.

As far as how my riding's going, it's going pretty good. Learned and perfected a lot of things this year. And I am going to get to go on at least a couple trail rides next year, and am going to a 5 day long Rodeo Bible Camp with my horse, in June. I am realllllly looking forward to that.

Hahaha. I'm sure my sister would love to come up there and do that! lol But only if she takes me up there with her. So that I can ride on some of those awesome trails...
