I like the over 40 group also---I board at a ranch were all the pre- & teens are hunter/jumper. I am 1 of 3 riders that ride western. Happily, the owner likes roping, cow stuff, barrels, poles etc. so Grace & I have fun with that (yes, we jump 3'2" in my western saddle-(I know, I know)...wish for lessons, but i work off board, and can't do lessons right now...I watch him teach & hope I can teach myself to swing a rope this summer...

Hi again! I see that you have tried to talk with the 40 plus group. We are suppose to be mature. ??? Some are younger and some of use are WELL over ... we just older.

We talk about a lot of things and it does not really matter if it is horse related. Sometimes ya just need someone to talk with or vent. Our group, I'm sooo still new, is good at being mature enough to understand, support, not afraid to share and take no offense.

Just jump in, tell us about you, what you are doing, frustrations, advise, .... just about anything and you WILL be welcomed.

Hi HCT !! My friend just told me Fructis S&S is the very best !! Cowboy Majic I do leave in-it's pretty good, but they do not make a leave-in conditioner...it's really just okay but i am going to try Fructis-Grace "gottalottamane"! Thank you !!

I use Fructis Sleek and Shine Leave-in Conditioner. It's a human hair conditioner but it works real nicely. It easier to just put it in how it is than dilute it with water. And I always condition her mane and tail before I brush it so it doesn't break. The Grooma Rake I use helps, too. I LOVE that thing!

I have actually been wanting to give the Cowboy Magic conditioner a try since I like their detangler so much. Do you have to dilute it?? Or do they sell any leave-in conditioner?
