Well, art classes are nice, particularly life drawing, but there's no need for someone of your skill level to feel intimidated by a lack of formal training. I'd bet you can find out most everything on line or in books these days, about tools and techniques, if drawing is your primary interest. It's good to know what different papers and pencils or charcoal will do. Artpapa is a first rate forum that welcomes people of all skill levels and where you can get lots of advice and critique on your work, if that sort of thing appeals to you.Animal and Wildlife Drawing with Mike Sibley..

I wasn't being facetious when I said practice, it's really the most of what you need, you're already very good and will only get better. It does help to look at art you like and see if you can figure out how they did what they did. Often in art school teachers will assign the kids to copy a master work, to get a feel for how the end result was achieved. Sometimes books or tutorials help, you pick up something here and there. But truly the most important thing you can do for yourself is to draw as much as you can manage between kids and horse and dogs...
