    Ohhh that's awesome! It must be so much fun. I don't think I've ever heard of any shows in Qld that have saddle horses. They may at the EKKA (Royal Brisbane Show). Haha, sitting it sounds like sitting the trot - tonnes of stomach muscle.

    Haha, I'm like 17 so I'm exaggerating about my age. Dressage is awesome. The difficulty depends on the horse. Eg, Barcoo's a rat and so I use every muscle in my body as strong as I can to get him to do anything, while Hocus is super sensitive and just a squeeze of a bum cheek can get her scooting sideways. Maybe dressage lessons would benefit a saddle horse rider? Probably work the other way around too
    Ohhh sounds yum Bagels are good. For brekky I had strawberries, lunch is leftover risotto and as it's only 8:17am, I'm not thinking about dinner haha.

    I think I must have been doped up when I posted last. Did you mean Saddlebreds or just horses that can be ridden? Actually, I think I'm pretty doped up on Nurophen Plus at the moment.. LOL
    And thanks haha, I did the real thing today. Tried out a new dressage horse for the second time. Two hours of riding and I'm stuffed LOL. Am getting slack in my old age! I felt so proud - first (on purpose) decent half pass on the dressage mare today!
    That sounds like pretty good exercise for you! It doesn't seem like it but stuff like that uses so many muscles haha. Ohhhh, what's a running walk? Forgive me, haha I have like zero knowledge of gaited horses.
    Ohhh that's not much food! But at least it seems to be fairly healthy =] Mine was "Up And Go" for breaky, lasagne and potato bake for lunch and risotto for dinner.

    Ohhh your soup sounds so good! =D It sounds like you did some pretty good eating! So far today I've had a steak pie, a burrito, an 'Up And Go' drink (pretty much two Weetbix blended with milk and Milo) and I have no idea what's for tea.
    Oh awesome =] It must be fun to ride a saddle horse - I don't think we have gaited horses at all around here. My exercise was racing horses on my PS2 - the cracked bone in my back is playing up (wild jumping pony took a 40cm jump at a flat gallop and overjumped by a mile) so I'm taking it easy for a while.
    Haha, lucky! I wish we had 5 days off school. We're one week back and we're already counting down to formal/grad. 30 days of school to go...

    Good luck with your tests! =] I'm sure you'll do a fantastic job. Ooh, the volleyball practise sounds tough, but fun. My exercise today was zilch. It's just too hot and if I don't turn that air con on soon I'll die! D:

    Ohh and my food for the day was Weetbix mixed with Mango yoghurt instead of milk for brekky, a salad (lettuce, strausberg sausage, ham, chinese noodles and sweet chilli sauce) and I'm not sure about tea yet. How'd your soup go? Do you make your own or just heat up a can? I love the homemade stuff but Campbells have some pretty good soups.

    Blahhh skim milk! It's just real milk with water added... haha. Good on you for attempting to change.
    It's hard to stay "good" though and especially keeping to serving sizes. I find the recommended serving sizes are just too much food. I feel full after just about half a serving. Your food for the day sounds pretty good if that's what you consider not doing so well! The salad at lunch sounds good - I had one too. Yum yum!

    Haha, I know a lot of horses like that! My old (now retired) competition horse used to be so rough. He'd change leads in the rear feet every two strides when working at home.
    It sounds like you did quite a bit of exercise, especially with the volleyball game. If you need a daily workout, I've got a book that you might like. It's 'Ultimate Equestrian Workouts' or some such thing. I'll find it later. It's fantastic. It's got all these workouts and exercises designed for riders. It explains why you need each one to become a better rider and stuff like that. It's my bible. Haha, I'm in love with a book. My workout today is going to consist of the book's 30min workout, a ride on MrJosephine and trotting stirrupless on MrBarcoo before going for a walk.

    Oh the Ned Kelly pie is fantastic haha So addictive though D: It sounds like your healthy eating is going pretty good too, minus the sherbet but we've gotta have something a bit naughty ;) It's tasty stuff though. What kind of milk do you drink? It's great stuff! Nice and yummy and great for the bones! I love the kind that's only 2% fat but tastes like real milk not the watered down stuff.
    My eating today was alright. I think I maxed out just about everything. For breakky I had pasta with chicken sauce. Then lunch was a coffee milk and pasta bolognaise. I think for tea I'm having steak, brocoli, potato and honey carrots with bread and butter pudding for desert. I think that's 4 serves of rice/grain/bread, 2 serves of meat, 1 serve of fats/sweets, 1 serve of dairy and 3 serves of fruit/veg.

    Oh that's good! Yay for fruit! Possibly undereating though if that's all you ate. =] It could depend on the amount of grapes, and how big the pizza was.
    My diet for the day consisted of 1 piece of cake, a Ned Kelly pie (pastry filled with steak,onion, egg and melted cheese), a banana and for dinner, I'll be having pasta with chicken. I did 45 minutes on my AbCirclePro and two hours worth of stretching and muscle building. I was considering riding Joe but then thought "I slept at 2am, woke up at 5:30am by a jackhammer and have been working my butt off all day. Horsie will die a very slow death if he plays up" so I left it for the day. I was thinking about riding tonight with the lights on and trying rising trot without stirrups and cantering in a jockey position - apparently fantastic for toning legs!
    Haha, volleyball is so much fun. It must be great exercise. Good luck with your game! =]
