I also love Itachi, and Anko was an amusing character. I also have watched the Shippuden anime in japanese online, and I really like Utakata, the six-tailed jinchuuriki.

Naruto/Naruto Shippuden is my personal favourite.
I also like Gundam Seed Destiny, Fullmetal Alchemist (I can't wait to see the Brotherhood anime!), D. Gray Man, and Death Note. There's a few others I'm trying to find online/find the books.
