I recently (yesterday) bought my 1st TWH (blue, in my barn..)
and i have only ridden him once...I have a few minor concerns, as even thought his flat walk is smooth as anything I've known, his speed transitions are quite a jackhammer..(fast to slow, mostly) I come entirely from the english world, and I love this horse that much, as to bet the whole farm (pardon the pun..) on him being exactly what I've been looking for..Outstanding in every way. Personality is unmatched, IMHO.for sure..
I will accept any thoughts you have, since I have to re-tool the way I ride...20+ years, and this is the ONLY TWH I have ridden (and now own too) I WILL get this right, but I admit, I don't know everything (althought I seem like I do sometimes..)

Well, all I can say is your friend just needs to sit down, take a deep breath, and start over. I will try my best to forgive and forget, however I am not the only one she has wronged.
