Yeah I agree.

The owner denies that there's anything wrong with the fetlock...she says it's because he has a sock on the foot and that's what is making it look bigger.

If I had decided to get him I was going to name him Frankenstein....hope he finds a good home

It MAY be his sock. I think white hair tends tends to grow longer/thicker than colored hair. That holds true with my 10 month old colt. Once he sheds out, it may look completely normal.

It's hard to tell because the photos are all taken at weird angles and it's really fuzzy but I'm leaning towards dwarf. Either that or really bad confirmation....
